We now are open for individual items purchases or bulk orders. We can build you a custom meat box to your budget and preferences as well – just ask! It can be

ground beef, steaks, roasts, and even pork items (also home grown here on the farm).

We have some excellent roasts available for your Easter family gatherings, or just a special dinner any night – why not?! Pork shoulder, seasoned beef & pork roasts, eye of round roasts, short rib roasts – mmm, don’t those sound delicious?

Things sure have changed in a short while here – it is amazing how fast the water comes & goes!

Well, you know what Saturday means … workday on the farm! I promise we didn’t make Ally do it all … though we’re quite proud of the fact that she grabs her shovel without being asked as soon as we’re in the barn (and we’re really hoping we can still say that when she’s 16!).

2 more calves joined us this week … 1 steer and 1 heifer – keep those name suggestions coming (we got Pickle & Donny from our nephew – they’re growing on me)!

The flood waters started receding overnight Friday … looks like we’ll have lots of clean-up before pastures are ready for the cows this spring!
