Nothing like a weekend BBQ (even if Len had to stand in the cold rain by himself) serving up delicious meats … and we created a new product – steak cake!! Nothing beats that!

Braising ribs cooked low and slow, plus a mix of steaks = satisfied diners!

Spring is coming … so if you haven’t already pulled out that BBQ, better do it soon!

We love being able to serve our own home-grown food … nothing like a good Saturday breakfast of bacon (from our pigs), eggs (from our chickens) and steak (from our cows) for breakky! HOME GROWN GOODNESS!

I watched my sister’s kids yesterday while she went shopping and she brought me back this perfect sign … it is already hanging proudly!

We also got a few new critters this week … meet Snowball and Lop! Two cuddly bunnies that get lots of love! Don’t worry, these WON’T be going on our product list!!
